Lincoln Electric

Summer 2024 and 2025 I had the opportunity to work in the marketing department at Lincoln Electric's headquarters as a Creative Marketing Intern. I learn how to design and communicate stories of individual products within a large corporate company. Some key parts of my experience were planning photoshoots, redesigning the intern showcase booklet, and designing graphics assets for upcoming products.

For the summer I focused on supporting product launches and campaigns, creating visual assets, and joining the team on training sessions. I had more tasks focused on project direction and management. I learned to navigate corporate communication and reviews to complete my work according to the marketing strategy. Exposure to project planning and back end reviews taught me the process behind the content that is sent out to customers.
