Hi! I'm Ella Douglass, pursuing a B.S. in Design & Innovation at Grove City College and graduating in May 2026.

My story

As a current Design and Innovation student at Grove City College, I have been able to learn and grow in my skills within graphic design, marketing, and communications. I enjoy working on design projects in the Adobe suite, strategizing marketing plans, and creating cohesiveness for a company's website, advertising, and overall brand identity.

I volunteer as a member on the Associate Board of Colors for Colette, a non-profit local to Cleveland. I help plan the annual fundraising events, design graphic assets, and assist with the marketing plan for social and printed media.

Extra Curriculars

Team Leader | Inner City Outreach (ICO Tucson)
Lead a group of student volunteers in Tucson, Arizona for a mission's trip that served a church community and their underreached population. Organize budget and donations. Make decisions and trip plans on behalf of the group.

February 2024- Now

Jewelry Chair, Float Chair, Social Media Chair | Theta Alpha Pi Sorority
Served the group as head float chair by coordinating workers, different due dates and resources, receiving first place at the homecoming parade fall 2024. I also run the sorority Instagram and design merchandise for any events.

Women's College Varsity Volleyball Team
Learned time management and leadership skills. I created a poster that displayed the team roster, goals, and values which hung outside the gymnasium.
